Complete Vehicle Details: What the Two-PDF Download Includes

See what Complete Vehicle Details delivers, how to read its provider PDF and branded one-page summary, and what missing or older fields mean.

One vehicle lookup, two useful documents

Complete Vehicle Details is GreenTick PDF's vehicle-report service. Enter the registration number on the service page and review the checkout before paying. When retrieval succeeds, the service supplies the provider PDF and an additional branded one-page summary of the information returned. The two documents serve different reading needs: a source PDF for your folder and a compact overview for comparing available fields.

Review the service page and the amount displayed at checkout before proceeding, and confirm that both documents suit your task. A normal RC Download is the simpler document-copy option. Choose the detail service when the additional organised information is useful to you, rather than assuming that an extra report creates a different government registration certificate.

Read the summary by field group

Begin with the registration number, owner information and vehicle description to confirm the expected record. Then review the available identifiers, technical specifications and dates. The provider can return items such as manufacturer and model, fuel, engine capacity, registration date, insurer information, financier and validity-related fields. The actual populated fields depend on the vehicle response; every lookup need not contain the same amount of detail.

Treat a masked, empty or unavailable value as a limitation of that field. Do not fill it from a seller's advertisement or from another vehicle of the same model. The purpose of the summary is to organise returned information clearly. It is not to manufacture a complete-looking answer where the source has not supplied one.

Understand the source and dates

The branded summary is an independent GreenTick PDF report, and the other document is the provider's PDF. Neither should be described as a new government-issued or certified certificate merely because it looks professional. If an organisation requires an issued DigiLocker document, certified extract or another specified source, use its accepted route. A private retrieval is a different document source.

A current download can contain older insurance, pollution or other record dates. Read each date's label and compare important fields with their responsible issuer. Registration status is also different from all-document validity. The report helps you organise questions; it does not promise real-time completeness across every database or establish that a vehicle is clear of all legal or financial issues.

Use it for a focused comparison

For your own vehicle, compare the returned dates and policy-related information with the documents already in your folder. For an authorised purchase discussion, compare identifiers and the vehicle description with accepted source evidence and the actual vehicle. Mark discrepancies separately so you can ask the owner, insurer, lender or authority a precise question. Do not edit either downloaded PDF to hide a difference.

The report does not inspect mechanical condition, establish accident history or verify every seller claim. Those questions need their own appropriate evidence and checks. A populated financier entry is not a current loan balance, and an empty challan field is not a no-dues certificate. Keeping those boundaries clear makes the extra detail useful rather than misleading.

Save and share both files deliberately

Open both PDFs after downloading and confirm that they match the requested registration. Keep them in a private folder with the retrieval date and order reference. The summary can include owner addresses or other personal fields, so review it before sending it to anyone. Use the recipient's established channel and share only for the authorised task.

If a document is unavailable, follow the existing order's result and support instructions rather than starting repeated paid requests without checking the outcome. For an official correction or a new registration action, use VAHAN or the responsible authority. Complete Vehicle Details is designed to make available information easier to retrieve and read, while keeping the report's source and limitations visible.
