Download both files from your private order page when the request is ready. Save them to your device before the download window ends. The GreenTick report is an independent summary of the available record; it is not a registration certificate issued by a transport authority.
Know what is available in the record
The report can include the registered owner, registration date and authority, vehicle class, manufacturer and model, fuel type, engine capacity, chassis and engine numbers, insurance details, PUC dates, financier, fitness and tax dates. The exact fields depend on the returned record.
Some fields may be empty or carry an older date. An empty field does not establish that a vehicle is uninsured, has no finance or has no challans. Check time-sensitive information with the insurer or relevant authority before relying on it.
An existing record, with a simpler way to read it
GreenTick PDF is an independent paid retrieval service. Enter a registration number for a vehicle you own or are authorised to access, review the price and complete payment. The service retrieves an available record and prepares your two PDFs.
This service does not update vehicle records, renew insurance or PUC, transfer ownership or establish legal title. For an issued digital RC, use DigiLocker or mParivahan. If your order is pending, follow that order's status before making another payment.

What do I receive?

What do I need to enter?
Enter the vehicle registration number and confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission. No chassis number is required on this form.
How is this different from RC Download?
RC Download provides one printable RC PDF. Complete Vehicle Details also includes a separate branded report with the available vehicle, registration, insurance, PUC, finance and other record details.
Will every field be available and current?
No. The report reflects the returned record. Some details may be missing or older than the vehicle's current position. Verify insurance, PUC, finance and other time-sensitive information with the relevant organisation.
Is the GreenTick report an official certificate?
No. It is an independent report of the available vehicle record. It does not replace an issued RC, certify ownership or guarantee acceptance by another organisation.
Can I download both PDFs on my phone?
Yes. When the order is ready, use the two download buttons on your private order page in the same browser session. Save both PDFs to your device.
What happens if the record cannot be retrieved?
Follow the status on your private order page for retrieval, review or refund updates. Contact support with your reference if you need help, and do not place another paid request for a pending order.
